I went here to purchase a car & finally got sold on a Mercedes s550. The salesman told me the car had a iPod hook-up which I found out after I bought it that it didn't. Not a huge deal but that's lie number 1. When I went to pick the car up it hadn't been detailed like Gil the dishonest salesman said it would be. We sat down to do the paperwork & after running my credit he said my interest rate would be "in the high teens". Do you mean like 19%? "yes" he answered. He tried to give him cash under the table towards rims. The whole situation seemed shady so I got skeptical. Finally I sit down with the "closer" & he tells me my interest rate will be 24%. I told him the salesman said 19% & he looked at me with a blank stare. There was confusion about my $22,000 down payment because Hil wanted to pocket some of it for confusion. The closer/manager put Gil on the spot about this whole shady deal & we resolved it. I asked theanager "why would you hire or keep someone who's clearly lying to your customers?" again the blank stare. I start getting frustrated with these guys & begin to losey cool. I knew my credit was rough so I rearranged the deal to a 24 month loan to pay it off quicker. At the closing they told me 24%. I called the bank afterwords & they told me they had my interest rate at 40%.... 40 f*cking percent... These guys COMPLETELY lied. Somebody bumped my rear end & I take it to a 5 star collision shop to get fixed. The guys their tell me the cars been hit before & whoever repaired it did a very cheap shitty job.. Gil failed to mention that. I font complain about a lot of things but these guys are crook. No integrity.. I'm in sales & this asshole Gil gives sales people a bad name. Gil is the reason people think all sales people are slicksters.. Do not buy from that place. P.s. I called them to complain & you can never get in touch with the managers. Their always busy, never return calls & always blow you off. Everytime I call it's a "Jewish holiday" & the Jewish owners aren't working... |
