I called Chuck the day of the service and told him to come
after 1:30. He came at 12. My husband took care of getting them set up and
left.

While I was lying in bed sick, his helper helped himself to
my potato chips. When caught by my mother, who they didn't know lived in an
in-law suite on the side of the house, he sheepishly apologized and later
came back in the kitchen to apologize again. She told him it was very
disconcerting to have him going through our food, and he left the kitchen
without saying another word.

Feeling pretty violated, my husband and I took the issue up
with Tony, the owner. Tony insisted that the asst thought that when my husband
gave them 2 cups and said to "help yourself to water, he really meant
everything on the counter, including food. I asked Tony why the asst was so
apologetic if he didn't think he was doing anything wrong. Tony still insisted
it was a misunderstanding that my husband helped create by offering cups for
water.

So unless you want a company who has no respect for FTC
rules, your schedule or personal property, do not use these guys. The company
is shady, and there are plenty of other reputable carpet cleaners in the Tampa
Bay area.
