February 22nd, 2011 Drew uploaded his original artwork to our website for printing. We then followed up with Drew the following day and explained his options of what material to use for his business. We expressed to him that under his current deadline that we could only do a 4-5ft decal. We told Drew that "FATHEAD" material was removable and look very nice. After receiving payment we printed there image (THEY PROVIDED) and delivered it to them on the following Saturday when we are normally closed. They then returned with there printed logo and said that they wanted it cut into a circle. We agreed and started the process of getting it cut down. The following day I received a call from Mark Drews partner saying that they had canceled there order. Not only UN true but way to late. They are familiar with our terms and conditions which states that there are no refunds once production has been started. We then visited Mark and Drew to drop off the cut out decal we printed. They acted very nice and proceeded to show a completely different product they had gotten from another shop. They never asked for cut vinyl they wanted a PRINTED full color image. I told them that if there was an issue with the graphic please let me know and we would either re print it or cut it or give them a discount. They agreed and said that they needed there light box done. So I left there "GREEN CROSSES" with them and told them that I would cut out every letter on there logo as well as there ying yang symbol of there logo. I then spent another 2 hours the next day mocking up there light box. Then on 3/4/2011 I emailed Drew his proof for his light box and he was happy. He simply stated that he wanted one revision made. On 3/8/11 I emailed Drew his updated proof and his response at 8:44pm was 'I like that. How much do you have in mind including the original things you did? And when can you have done? -Drew" Being the snakey people they are responded to our email our merchant account email address at "Tue, Mar 8, 2011 at 6:03 PM saying "Adrian If I don't have a sign proof and sign up tomorrow we are done with trying to work anything out and will be reversing our credit card charge. You are costing us money and we can't afford to be sitting around waiting for you. -Drew" I never received this email and they knew I wouldn't, it's an email address that is used to send out receipts for purchases online. The following afternoon I responded "Drew! :) So sorry I didn't catch up with you today, it went buy to darn fast! We had another pole sign and Jim needed some assistance. I can do it all on Friday if you like depending on weather. I'd like to get the signs down, tomorrow afternoon if possible. I have someone calling me in the morning to confirm. I can call you around 1 when I get back from lunch." I then attempted to contact Drew with No response, finally he texted me saying he was disputing the charges. Why would you dispute charges for a job that has already been done and because you are not happy with the speed of your second job dispute the first? These people are snakes and all they want to do is take advantage of the small guy cause they have money. people need to watch out for these guys, they are crooks and will do anything they can to get something for nothing. On 3/14/11 I found the email from Drew about disputing his charges and responded "Drew, you can not refund for a product and service that you already ordered that was delivered and accepted by you and your partner. I had a sign proof for you by wednesday and then you asked for changes... changes take time! Attached is our terms and conditions which you recieved and never returned. I am also attaching a photo of both prints in your location the day you accepted them. We also went back and cut each shape out including all the letters for you to make you happy. We have done everything to please you including offering you a discount you are just un willing to work with us. Reversing your credit card is FRAUD and will constitute legal ramifications. Let's make this work instead of commiting a false claim, and wasting a bunch of more time in a legal dispute. That is counter productive for both parties when I am here willing to work with you." Monday morning we dropped off his "YING YANG" logo cut out and the letters " " to his neighbors Mike Miller at and figured that would be the end of it. on 4/8/11 We received notification from our processor that they had disputed the charges when they have already received the product they paid for which was more than they originally paid for. they never asked for anything to be die cut to a specific shape the assumed and said " I should of just done it" I am attaching a copy their terms and conditions, we are not fighting this with our processor and are told that the money taken from our account will be reversed. If it doesn't our attorney will be filing a small claim against them for the time and energy we have lost due to the ordeal that could have been avoided with better communication on Drew's side. I recommended running the other direction before dealing with these people. |
