Mark Grover, continues to be likeable guy and PROFESSIONAL CONARTIST in 2011. I invested $20k in a start up daily deal company called America's Daily Deals. He also agreed (in writing) to pay me a monthly salary for being operations manager for the company. When that didn't come I asked him for the money I invested back. He agreed to it and we drafted another written agreement that sated I would be repaid by July 2011. July came and went and I never got the money. It is now October 2011 and I have hired a lawyer and I am in the process of suing him.
However after reading previous complaint I am not to sure i want to continue, and spend more money on attorney fees.

| I am the owner of Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt in San Diego and Mark bounced a check to me for the money I was supposed to receive from an offer that we did. Mark always has an excuse for not paying and I gave him a copy of the bounce check but still have not received my money. Sad and frustrating. Mark come on man get with it. |

| Do not buy ANY of hs so called vouchers!! I have been to 3 of this merchants, and they all refused to honor his vouchers. Vine Ripe Market, Bite of Boston, and others will not take his vouchers as he does not pay the merchants! STAY AWAY |

| I purchased four oil change coupons from Fletcher Hills Auto, They refused to accept the coupons because they did not receive the checks from Americas Daily Deals (Mark Grover). I am out $52.There has been no response from Mr Grover or america's daily deals or should I say America's Daily Scams!! |

| I am the owner of Poor Boy Subs in Poway. Mark has not paid me a dime for any of the coupons he has sold. The coupons expired in December 2011 but new coupons are still being made even though I haven't renewed anything with him. I will be placing signs in my store to saying we are no longer accepting coupons from America's daily deals. |

| I am (was) a customer of A.D.D. (America's Daily Deals) and vendors recently are turning away vouchers. It is embarrassing to feel like I'm a part of this mans ponzi scheme. I'm sorry for all the vendors getting ripped off here. I will stop using A. D. D. |

| Marc Grover is a scam artist. We at Tandoori Hut gave contract and sold more than 100+ coupons even though we told him to sell only 50. He told there is a huge demand so we let it go.. Now he is not paying any dime and on the another front he is a big liar and fraud. He is not even picking up phones. On his website http://www.americasdailydeal.com/ he did not even leave a spot where i can put complaint.. Please refrain from using this company for any deals. |

I am the owner of a Vietnamese restaurant named ComTam 75 at 5420 el cajon blvd. Mark Grove AMERICA DAILY DEALS ...he is the super scam artist. He sold 200 coupons value of 1600$ from my restaurant .. He did not pay me any money not even a dime...I keep calling him for the money. He said his mother died!!! and didnt have money to pay me ???...
Was it true that his mother died?????? what a liar...
some one needs to report this guy to FBI so he will not do this to some one else...

Folks, this Mark Grover and his despicable America's Daily Deal scam are strangling a whole lot of small businesses in San Diego. As a professional in the local advertising/marketing scene, I am truly and utterly embarassed by this dope...

| My husband and I each have purchased many deals. Now that the companies realize they arent getting paid by Americas Daily Deal, they are refusing the product we purchased. Were out over $50 in certificates we purchased. My emails and phone calls do not get returned. What a scumbag! |

For all of you who have purchased vouchers that have not been accepted, I suggest you file a dispute with your credit card company. Let them do the work and get your money back.
With enough charge backs his merchant service provider will terminate his contract and he won't be able to accept credit cards. |

| I have had three coupons refused by merchants. I have asked for my money back from Mark but have not received a response to my request. I filed a dispute with my credit card company immediately. Worst case scenario is that I am out a few bucks so not that big of deal but I sure do feel for the business owners. Hopefully the authorities jump in and make a case for fraud against Mark. |
