Mark Frohman wrote Mark McClure a $5,000 COUNTERFEIT CHECK and now that McClure and his company are suing Mark Frohman, Mark Frohman is posting slander about Mr. McClure.
Mark Frohman writes counterfeit checks for goods and services and then hides and avoids phone calls when you try an collect. We have the Irving Police Department investigating and HOPEFULLY putting him in jail. Here is a copy of Mark Frohman's FRAUDULENT CHECK. | Mark McClure is a scam artist to be avoided at all costs. I have a list of people he has scammed from all over the country. He is committing libel by posting that I wrote a $5k counterfeit check. I got my money back from a cleared credit card check as my bank determined that McClure is a scam. He sells bogus territories for his Infomercial. |

If Mr. McClure is a scam artist then so is Donald Trump, Anthony Robbins, etc. Mr. McClure owns several successful companies, is a major business figure and marketing expert throughout the U.S., Asia and Europe (he is addressing 10, 000 business people at a conference in Dubai in mid December) and is considered by many to be the Warren Buffet of marketing.

| Teezuback is Mark McClure. McClure sells bogus $5k territories for his Infomercial. He has been scamming people all over the country for 5 years. He is upset that I was smart enough to pay for the "territory" with a credit card check. The check cleared the bank. I disputed the charge with my bank several months later when it was obvious McClure was a scam artist. The bank realized McClure was a scam artist and gave me my money back. THIS WAS NOT A COUNTERFEIT CHECK. It cleared the bank. I simply got my money back. Bank of America stamped the check and sent it to the fraud department. McClure committed the FRAUD. Do not deal with Mark McClure. "Sitting on Millions" or "Insane Marketing" ...all scams. He is broke. His websites are full of lies of all the speaking engagements and consulting jobs he has done... Now he is a distributor for Devotion Vodka. I am sure he drinks what ever money he makes from them as I never saw the man when he was not drinking...morning, noon or night... He has a $166k judgement against him for scamming a guy in California. I spoke to the gentleman and McClure ruined the guy's life. McClure sent emails to my business partners trying to make me look bad. He is the lowest of low... PLEASE, PLEASE stay away from this guy. He is being investigated for fraud and libel by the FBI and Attorney General. |

RETRACTION...RETRACTION...RETRACTION
It has come to our attention that BANK OF AMERICA made a mistake on Mr. Frohman's check and has verified that it was NOT counterfeit, and in fact the check WAS GOOD!!! After 4 months Bank of America has finally cleared the check and apologized to us in great lengths at the confusion. We also learned that Mr. Frohman's credit card was good and again, the Bank made an error.
MR. FROHMAN IS AN UPSTANDING CITIZEN and due to the Banks errors we apologize for the misunderstanding. MR Frohman was NOT AT FAULT and it is a shame that scaminformer will not allow us to take this post down now. |

| I too dealt with that lying thief about 6 years ago. He truly is a sociopathic crook. There were about 5 of us in a beverage distributorship. Mark was one of the partners. In fact, he was the controlling partner. He ended up stealing all the money the company had. He also fraudulently ripped advertisers and others off (yes, I still have the proof, copies, etc.). I was even contacted by a private investigator who was working on behalf of several others that he ripped off in Maine. I have no doubt he has continued this behavior. When confronted, he will do anything to avoid responsibility, including doing everything he can to smear you. In fact, he sent a letter to many of my clients telling them of my cocaine use and prostitute chasing (obviously not true). He sent the letter under the name of some fictional PI. He really should be in jail. I have no idea how he has avoided it this long. Stay away from this scumbag at all costs. He'll sell you on some great idea, the rob you blind. |

| You guys must be stupid to realzed that you have to work to make money instead of instant money making scams. If too good to be true them walk away. Just get a real job and sweat then you'll get paid like the rest of use and you don't have to deal with scam artist like Mark McClure. |

| I worked with Mark and his brother Bob for the beverage company in Maine and LOVED it. Mark struck two big deals with the Budweiser distributors in Maine and NH which was a big help. I left afterwards for college, but the 2 months I worked there was a blast. The guy your referring to about the cocaine and prostitutes Thezra was MIKE KAISER, some guy out of Manchester CT that worked for us. I doubt he was referring to you. Mike Kaiser was a sleaze bag and major coke head, so it figures that Mark and bob fired him. In any event, I had nothing but fun experiences with the beverage company. |
