Marianna Tire Pros Failed to properly install oil drain plug Marianna, Florida

I have been a customer of Marianna Tire Pros, in the Winn Dixie shopping center on Lafayette St., for at least 10 years. Last week the oil filler plug that they put in at my last oil change fell out. Lucky I shut the car off in time not to hurt the engine. Called a wrecker to take the car to the dealer who installed another plug and replaced the oil. I went to the Marianna Tire Pros and they refused to pay the bill. The manager, Dru Geist, told me that it was close to the 3000-mile oil change. I guess he thinks that the plug only should stay in place until the next oil change. If the plug is put in correctly it should stay until removed. I tracked down the owners and it seems that Flowers Properties LLC, Dothan, owns them. I tried calling Jeannie McDavid Flowers listed as a principal and they do not answer their phone or return calls it seems. While I was looking into small claims court I found out that there have been many, many, many complaints against Marianna Tire Pros. They are not a member of the Better Business Bureau so there is no sense in filling a complaint with them.
