This man has rip us off for our home and our son getting lead poisoning and we has been going in/out of court and he has not came to court only one time and the court said to him that he just can't take our home or put us out at all and we had to move in at my moms home until we got anther house because of the lead poisoning. so he came and took the house and we called the police and the officer said to him that he can't take the house or put us out without taking us to court. but that never happened and we had a lot of our things in the house. we put a lot of money into that house in the 8 years that we were living there because that was our home that we work so heard for and some how this guy had gotten over on us and took our money. but the deal was that we pay him back for what he has paid for the house witch was 17,000 that was paid off if not more but the down part is that it was only a variable agreement but we do have letters from him agreeing to that so we trusted him because he was our friend so we thought so now he has been fixing the house up after we had put so much of our life time and money in to it. we have all of our paper work and prof this man needs to pay for this, we really need your help. we has done all that we can do, my family and i are doing really well now and buying anther home but the right way and life is good but we need to get this guy back and have him pay for what he has done to my family and I, with the lead poisoning and our money that we had put out but he has lots of money so why do this to me and my family. we did all right things and we did nothing wrong to him . he needs to pay some how for this and not get away with this or do this to anyone else .it could happen to anther family it needs to (STOP!)
