We like the place, Marc "said he would hold the place for us with the hundred we put down on the place, until we got paid on Wednesday 1/12/11.

Our checks ended up coming early so, we wanted to go forward with the deal. Marc kept setting appointment time to meet up with us to go over the lease, and to surrender to keys to us. Well we start to notice a pattern of excuses and delays, so we decided to back out of the deal.

Due to the fact he wasnt showing good business dealing. On thursday 1/13/11 we asked for our money back, matter of fact we told im to keep 40.00 as application processing fee and just give us 60.00 back. Marc kept saying, we had to meet him on Scottsdale Rd, then would hang-up on us.Refusing to give us a physical address for exactly WHERE?

We're upset because We feel like we just got scam.. Its plain and easy Marc give us our money back and lets be done with the matter. Why, going to small claims over 60.00 and pay more money out of pocket.My daugter have a month old baby to support and you take money from hardworking single women.
