i ordered a mannequin from this company on december 1st paid for it in full then waited. 5 days later i emailed them to see where my order was i was told it was on backorder! so i asked if i could choose another mannequin that they had in stock. i got a link with a photo of the mannequin they had in stock i liked it and changed my order. 2 days later i got the package i was happy with how fast it got to me. i did not open the package until january 4th when i opened the box it was the wrong mannequin. i contacted mannequin hub and told them the problom the owner by the name of DOV said i am sorry about that please send me info on what item you got so i did i gota responseafter 3 days! when i got a message back from dov he acted like he had no idea what i was talking about. so i asked him if i could send him a photo of what item i got he said yes so i sent 2 photos. after 2 days of waiting with no response i sent another message to him on the main web site asking if he got my photo and what was going to be done. he said yes i got them sorry but the mannequin you ordered got redone at the factory thats why it looked different. this was a lie! for one the mannequin i wanted was a flat white and itseyes where closed. but the mannequin i got was a gloss white with the eyes wide open! i then asked could i have a replacment he said no i dont have anymore how about a small refund of $30! i could not belive it i had paid $155 for this stupid thing and got something that i was not happy with! and now all i get back is $30 and haft to keep a mannequin that i do not want. bottom line this company is a joke! do not order anything from them they lie and will not fix anything that goes wrong this company is not even a real mannequin company it is some guy working out of his house drop shipping items from REAL companys. so if you are looking to order a mannequin skip this site all together it is not worth the time or the trouble and in the end you get something you did not want and you will not get the item you wanted or a replacment. better business bureau will hear about this web site before i am done.

you know why? some small company may have a basement for stock the items, like many ebay stores, but that mannequin hub does not even have that, the guy Dov with his girl friend live in a 1-bedroom apt in newark slum area, crazily make quite few websites, they mostly sell worst quality items from onlymannequin.com, who targets lowest market and does one shot deal, never reponsible for any customer service. I have noticed a lot new customers who are not familiar with mannequins are cheated and angry about this so-called mannequin hub.

| Just a heads up, if you got here by searching up Mannequins hub (that's how I got here) this comment here seems very suspicious, I've seen the EXACT same comment by PeterPan copied on a few sites, it looks like a competitor made this comment up and went all over to post it. |

This comment by peterpan appears to be from Roxy Display Inc (I can tell from the bad English. all their workers are chines or something like that) This surprises me because although I have bought stuff from Roxy display in the past and I was not happy with the quality or the service they offered (and they charge sooo much!!) I did not think they were as low as posting things like this. This is just stupid business and really surprising.
But I did hear amazing things about MannequinHub.com from 2 other store managers in the same mall as me and one of them actually went to their warehouse to pickup some stuff.
I never shopped at MannequinHub.com but they are definitely getting my next order.
Was just weird to see this when I searched for Mannequin Hub reviews.

I just had one of the worst experiences online EVER with onlymannequins.com. I was trying to look up the owner of this business and was lead here by the Google search. The people are total liars that I dealt with. The guy that answers for customer service even made up a tracking number!!! I ordered something on October 19th. Was supposed to be delivered in 1-5 days. October 26th I emailed and someone lied and said it had been shipped.
November 1st I called. More lies. Said they found the ticket on the lunch table and would ship today. The next day, November 2nd, since they never answered my email about tracking, I called again. The guy made up a tracking number. I put in into Fed Ex website. Called back to say it was wrong and read it back to him. He said I had an extra number. Plugged it in while still on the line with him and it was still invalid. He said he would talk to the warehouse and call me back. Yeah right.
I called back again after about a half hour later. He had lied before and never called me back so I knew better than to sit and wait. Now he says the base is no longer available and would I want the taller base. I just asked for a refund. He said he was sorry ONE TIME just because all I did was sit there to see what he would say. Really the biggest bunch of liars. Imagine he and the other guy that emailed me a few times both said the order was packed and ready when in reality the one part of it wasn't even in stock!!! What a terrible way to treat a customer. |

| In all fairness I did finally get a refund. I was just really disappointed at how I was treated and wanted the item to use for photo taking. This set me back and I couldn't help but be mad. I'm sure there are many satisfied customers out there since they seem to be a widespread commpany. Maybe I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. :( |

My earlier report regarding Only Mannequins (www.onlymannequins.com) was incorrect and made in error. I did not have all the facts when I wrote that earlier report. My mistake. The reality is Only Mannequins is a fine company and you should have no concerns about this company. My apologies to everyone for my earlier report.
I am mikeandjoe! I have to wonder about this site now as they do not let you sign back in!! Lots of weird things on the internet. Sorry I ever posted here! |

I read this review before I placed my order with mannequin hub last week and I was thinking of not ordering. I did some more research on line and I saw that overwhelmingly they had great feedback and it was just this dude that had an issue so I went ahead with it. I'm very happy that I did since I got the best price and the timing was great. |

| I know a lot of mannequin companies online and otherwise, but mannequinhub is by far the best. I'm a loyal customer there and I would advise the readers to not fall for this guys crap. |

| ONLYMANNEQUINS SUCKS!!! I've ordered from several online retailers of mannequins. mannequinhub, Roxydiplayinc., and onlymannequins. I have had no problems with either mannequinhub or Roxydisplay (my personal favorite), but onlymannequins is a joke. I ordered 2 different mannequins at one time (the first time I did business with them). Needed them both to arrive on a timely basis for display. Through emails I was told that one of them was on backorder and that it was unknown when it would be back in stock. I told them to cancel that particular item, credit my credit card, and ordered it instead from another online retailer. 2 months later it showed up anyway. My card was never credited. When I attempted to contact someone by phone, I was told a return shipping label would be sent to me. I even gave them my email address if that would expedite the return label process. A week later, nothing. Called again. This time I was told that they were merely a warehouse and had nothing to do with returns, etc. The only way to contact these people is through emails. After doing this a couple of different times I NEVER received a reply. Obviously this company is littered with scumbags and I will never do business with them again. AVOID onlymannequins at all costs. They suck. |

| I AM THE GUY THAT MADE THIS REPORT! FOR ONE IT IS NOT A BUNCH OF CRAP LIKE SOME OF YOU ARE SAYING. THIS REALLY HAPPENED BUT IN THE END EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF I GOT A REPLACMENT. THIS IS NOT A FALSE REPORT. SO FOR THOSE SMARTING OFF ABOUT THIS BEING FALSE OR WHAT EVER LEARN YOUR FACTS FIRST. YOU MAY OF HAD GOOD BUYS FROM THIS PLACE BUT I DID NOT!!! AND I REPORTED IT WHEN THIS HAPPENED TO ME. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO AGREE ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE YOU GOT BRAINS AND IT IS GOOD TO KNOW SOMEONE KNOWS I AM TELLING THE TRUTH. |
