Manic Corporation Dana Ceres & Sean Peden Scam artist Thousand Oaks, California

Sean Peden/Sean cook & Dana Ceres are total scam artist working in the entertainment industry. They claim to work stealthily behind big projects. They get money raised for film projects that won't get made. They claim that they can get talent, locations, & etc booked. I recently worked with these two on an adult film that was supposed to star Jessica Jaymes & Briana Banks & Russian mainstream actress Gia Skova. All of whom Dana & Sean said that they knew personally. Sean & Dana stated that Jessica's fee is $5K for a month long shoot. The money was given to them & they claimed that she got booked. They also claimed that Briana Banks was booked & so was Gia Skova and some other actresses. I got the feeling that they were flaking & so I had contacted the management for Briana Banks & they all said that she wasn't booked for the project. I contacted the management team for Jessica Jaymes at ATMLA & they stated the same. Sean & Dana claimed that she was represented by Rein Entertainment, a management company that doesn't exist. I also got into contact with Russian actress, Gia Skova, & she stated that she never worked with them, but only met them once & she doesn't do porn films. Another actress named Tempest Wulf had answered an ad for auditioning for a film project titled "X Project". Dana and Sean forwarded me her info & said that she wanted to be in it. I had contacted her as well & she stated that the ad had nothing to do with porn & if it did, she never would have responded to it because she doesn't do porn shoots. No contracts with Jessica Jaymes, Briana Banks, or any other talent involved were signed. Another pron actress, Mercedes Ashley, was contacted only once by them. When I had spoken to her, she said that they never go back with her. Last time I had given money to Sean, he asked me when I wanted a meeting with everyone to go over script & etc. I gave him the time & place. the only ones who showed up were me & the investors. Dana claimed that Gia Skova was there, but upstairs. Dana claimed that Briana Banks & Jessica Jaymes needed more of a time notice. She also claimed that these women don't take things serious because of the holiday season. Jessica Jaymes was given her $5K & she should have been there. Sean & Dana claimed to of had a meeting with Vivid that morning at 8AM & that Steve Hirsch kept holding them longer and that's why they didn't make the meeting. They should told me ahead of time about their meeting with Vivid. Production with these two kept slacking. They would keep trying to get me to consider other women being involved in the film. Me & my investors knew that they were flacking and that they were just stringing us along. They were given $7K in cash & both stated that payments needed to be in cash because of trust issues. We wanted our money back. Me & 2 of my investors planned to meet with Sean in Woodlandhills on 12-12-12. Sean went under the assumption that he was going to get $20K in cash to go towards production. We were there 45 minutes early & all 3 of us witnessed Sean arriving to Starbucks which was the meeting spot. We went to Starbucks & Sean disappeared. We waited around until 10-15 minutes after 1 & we realized that Sean took off. We went to Manic Corporations address in Thousand Oaks, turns out to be a rented PO Box. 20 minutes to 2PM, Dana had sent me an email stating that Sean wasn't able to make it because of car trouble. We were already in Thousand Oaks at that time. Dana said that she couldn't text me because her phone got jacked up. When she did text me, she said that their production coordinator Melissa arrived & she got nervous because she saw me with a black man, who was one of the investors. I played along & said that he was there because we wanted to get Sean involved in an escort service that we wanted to start. I then told them that if they wanted me to give them the money, they needed to do it before that Saturday because I was leaving to go on vacation for the holidays. Dana told me that Melissa also works as an escort & set up an arrangement for her to come to my place that night for her time of $400 for 2 hours & to collect the $20K. Melissa, who's real name is Shannon, arrived & we had a nice long talk about these two and their BS. Shannon gave me her home address to confront Sean & Dana the next evening. I arrived and so did they. Sean went inside the apartment complex & Dana remained inside of the car. I went to the car window & I was saying hello to Dana, she knew that it was me & she got scared. I was saying to her that it was me & she kept shaking her head no that she didn't know me. I said "OK" & I went to confront Sean. I went inside the apartment complex & I recorded my conversation with Sean getting him to confess that he had the money & that Jessica Jaymes & Briana Banks got booked. Shannon arrived everything came out in the open & we went outside. I called one of the investors & had him on speaker phone to listen the whole time & he even exchanged words with Sean. Sean played stupid the whole time. He kept telling me that he got Jessica Jaymes booked by her agent at Rein Entertainment. I told him that none of the women were booked, Gia Skova didn't know who I was & that she never worked with them, I even told him that we saw him at the meeting spot the day before. Dana drove off to the nearest gas station. Shannon witnessed Sean agree that he would give back the $7K by noon the next day into my bank account. She also witnessed that I never threatened him nor touched him. She also witnessed that I said to him that if he gave back the $7K, it would be a sign of good faith & that we could still work together. Me & Sean shook hands. Sean ran off to find Dana & followed him to get their license plate. Dana was at the gas station with about 7 cops. She had called them stating that I had threatened her with a gun. I was on the phone with one of the investors & I was giving him their license plate. The cops asked me for my name, did I know them, what I do. When I had answered these questions, they detained me in handcuffs. I refused to be searched & they still did. They found no gun or any weapons or anything on me. I was so confident that I was laughing & joking with the cops. They let me go. About an hour later, Sean & Dana had texted me stating that I'm a liar & that if I ever contact them again then they'll have me arrested for harassment. If anything happens to them, I'll be the prime suspect. They have police & their detectives watching me. The next day, they had sent an email to the investors that had contracts to invest in my project. They stated that they never received any funds & that they could have gotten talent booked but they couldn't because they never got any money. But I recorded Sean on video that he did say that he did receive money & that Jessica Jaymes & Briana Banks were booked. These videos are on Youtube. Sean & Dana are scam artist. They stole $7K from my project & they made it look like I was the con artist cheating everyone out of their money. They have a case against them in which they cheated investors out of $67K. They can get away with this but for so long before they have no more place to go. If anyone reading this & does biz with them, please make sure that you keep your emails & text messages exchanged with them. Make sure you get their ID's copied, get their car info, record your conversations with them, bring a witness to the meetings, & etc. I feel very stupid allowing this happen & I know that I'll never be able to get my money back, even if I were to bring this to court. But with my video recordings, my emails & text messages with them, I can do the best that I can to make sure that they don't rip off anyone else.
