| I emailed this breeder for a show quality and potential stud dog. She advertised this dog her website as a proven stud and show dog. After getting confirmation over the phone and through email for a money back guarantee I proceeded with deposit. We made plans to pick the dog up. We arrived at her home. Looking at her website I expected alot more fro her facility. She had a tiny tiny building outside her home with a small fenced area with all her dogs on the ground. Not concrete but sand, dirt, feces, urine, flies, god knows what else. She brings the dogs out and he looks nothing like the picture, he is anorexic, flies all over him, and scared like he has been abused. He has green discharge around the eye, one undescended testicle, which I thought was because he was scared by the way he was acting. I ask did she take him to the vet as per our agreement, of course another one of her excuses, No I have been busy with my kids. I'm sorry hut I have two kids, and four dogs a husband a job with 20 employees but I still take care of my business that is no excuse. I asked again if I can take him to the vet and if he doesn't check out will she take him back, in the presences of my husband she said yes. So we took the pet to the vet. He was give a poor diagnoses and he had monorchid. Which mean only one testicle has descended and it will never come down. He can not be bred, I bought an advertise show dog and breeder dog. I called the breeder and informed her of the vets findings and I will be returning him. At first she said okay. Five minutes later that dirty liar said don't bring that dog back in my yard, you got him you keep him. You knew what you were getting. I said I bought s show breeder dog, not a defected doomed to die dog. I drove all the way back to the woman's house to return this dog just to have her threaten my husband and myself with bodily harm. We had to call the cops on her. Of course since it's a small town in Douglas, ga they didn't do anything they told us to Take her to court. Why take her to court when the. Ops didn't do anything, e pathetic judge of that county isn't going to do anything. She is a liar, she makes way too many excuses, i never got my papers from this @$&($$@, I had to contact the vp of admissions of AKC to get them issued. She keeps her dogs in horrible conditions, and any person who refuses to refund money over a falsely advertised dog and threatens them with bodily harm is a sad pathetic person. Word from my best friend who lives near her, is her and her husband are hard up for money so I guess they needed to rip us off. But Angela karma is a B&@&', it will getcha. Beware of is woman and don't buy from her,,,,, run run run run run run run...... |

| I too had phone contacts with Angela over the purchase of what she advertised as an AKC breed quality male Chihuahua. She was very quick to want the money order and seemed to prefer shipping the puppy to me rather than me making a roadtrip to collect him. By the way, he was only about 20+ ounces, so I question her desire to ship such a tiny puppy. As the day for my trip got close, she started with tons of excuses as to why she "might not be there when I arrived, but that she would make arrangements for her mother to meet me downtown." I took 2 days off from work to drive over 9 hours each way and when I arrived in Douglas, her mother met me at a local bank stating that Angela had to drive to Florida to ship a dog. She handed me this tiny puppy with no AKC papers and no vet check papers. He seemed tired and was very quiet. When her mother handed him over, I could smell a strange odor near his head. I asked for the puppy packet and food he ate that was supposed to come with him, but her mother didn't have it. I followed her back to Angela's home only to be given the food and sent on my way within a minute or two. Her mother claimed that she had to go and pick the kids up. I drive over 9 hours to pick up this puppy and you won't even show me his parents, the other dogs, or facility. She couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Like the last customer complaint, I noticed a tiny shed surrounded by chain-link fencing with all the dogs. There were feces everywhere and I wondered what the conditions were like inside the shedlike housing. Does it even have heating or cooling for these delicate little animals? The house was brand new and there was a barn being built on the back of the 5 acres. I am hoping and praying that she's not going to become a full-blown puppymill but has the means (lots of land in a quiet country town away from everything, a barn but no horses that I could see, and dogs in tiny and dirty conditions. When I got the puppy back to my home state, I had him vet checked the next day. He had a horrific ear infection which is what the smell was coming from his head. The vet tech swabbed out tons of black stuff from deep inside his ears. He also had parasites and had to be on medication to clear that up. I never received that papers for his "alledged" AKC registration. I was also told that he wouldn't come with papers if he was sold "as a pet only, " but later read on the internet that it's illegal to claim the animal to be registered and not produce papers if it's only going to be a pet. Angela also told me that she gives the animals all their shots herself. So she's making a fortune on these poor little puppies with health issues by not having them vet checked for parasites and infections that often are part of a puppies life and should be treated and resolved before shipping them off to a new owner. Finally, when I went back onto her website after picking up my puppy, his picture was still on the site but listed as being sold to someone else. She never followed up with any responses to emails afterwards. I have suspicions that she works with another lady that was selling Chihuahuas from Douglas (teacupsandtoysrus) or that she might be the same person with 2 different sites so that people don't realize that she's puppymiling, as when I made inquiries to the other site and told the that I would be coming to pick-up the puppy and was also talking to Angela, that other site stopped corresponding or replying to my emails or phone calls. I later found several complaints from other customers who were promised tiny dogs that grew to be as much as 13 pounds and had health issues. I love my dogs dearly and have since had fabulous experiences with other REPUTABLE breeders who stood by their guarantees, showed true concern and love for the puppies they were selling, had the papers to prove the breeding of the dog and the standards of breeding, and delivered beautiful and healthy puppies. RUN DO NOT WALK from this site, this "breeder, " and any others coming from that town! |
