Magic Mesh.ca Fraudulant charge of $110.45 TV ad, Internet

Ordered from TV. Husband shocked seeing the $110.45 charge on cc. saying he thought it was about 19.95 or 29.95. I checked the website. The US price is $19.95 but $29.95 for Canadians plus 7.95 S&H. Get second one free for additional 7.95 S&H. I phoned the co. (US #1-866-649-0146 got from the web) first but they couldn't find my record, then after much waiting they found it and said "Oh, $29.95" Then a spiel about "deluxe" with a 2-yr. warranty and she quoted $39.95 for the first one and $34.95 for the second. (We had not requested this.) She said I could return the box but the "processing & handling fee" of $31.80 would not be refunded. I phoned MC to complain/dispute this charge. They wanted me to open the box to read the invoice. NO invoice inside but four (4) plastic bags with screen were inside! MC said they would send me a form to fill out, but because there was no written record of an invoice or any thing written, they wouldn't guarantee successful resolution. They said I should take a pic of the package and a screen shot of the website to accompany the form when I complete it. The address on the package was from "Merchandise Direct, 277 Humberline Dr., Toronto, ON M9W 0B6"
