Magazine order placed online May 17, 2011. Numerous follow up phone calls made (thru Aug. 17th), providing order # and date order placed.
Ms. Katz , in customer service, was spoken to many times but continues to tell me she is checking on this. Still no magazine and no concrete info provided.

I ordered Game Designer in Dec 2011 and never received a single issue. The "customer service" sent me several "be patient" message during the first few months that I complained about this, then they stopped responding at all. In Jan 2011 they started sending me messages asking me to renew!

During 2011 I had to cancel the credit card I used to place the Magazines USA order due to unauthorized purchases (electronics) with this card. After reviewing the few online purchases I made during that time, I am convinced that the card # was stolen as a result of the Magazines USA transaction.
