Magazine Yellow Pages Cathy Beers Never received magazine and it's been 20 months!!! Pekin, Illinois

I used my Chase rewards to order a one year TV Guide subscription through Magazine Yellow Pages. I ordered this magazine in December 2009. I received an email saying that I would receive my first issue in April 2010. Why it was taking five months to receive my first issue was never explained. April 2010 came and went, September 2010 came and I filed a complaint with BBB against Cathy Beers and Magazine Yellow Pages. From September 2010 through June 2011, I have received nothing from Magazine Yellow Pages. It has been a total of 20 months and nothing! I am a senior citizen and have been ripped off by this company. BBB could not resolve this complaint and has it filed as "Unresolved". Supposedly they have removed this company from BBB accreditation. I have heard every excuse you can think of from Cathy Beers. But she has continued to scam innocent people, including senior citizens. If you want to receive magazines, don't order through Magazine Yellow Pages. If your bank rewards uses this company, tell them to come to this website and see all the complaints against this company. Check BBB and see all the complaints. This company needs to be shut down! I can't even get my rewards back from this lousy company! If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. Thank you.
