M Spisak & Son Moving Spisak & Son Ripoff, Threatens Customers, Steals items, Shows up Drunk Arroyo Grande, San Luis Obipo, California

M Spisak & son movers ripped us off. We were missing jewelry & other items and when we complained, the son (Justin) began to threaten my wife. The son (Justin) Should go to rehab and to anger management. The PUC should revoke their moving license. But we all know that if you give the PUC money to become a mover, then they protect you as their investment. He threatened to take us to court for complaining about the missing items and his attitude. He also called a friend of mine who has a labor business and helps disabled people. Spisak & son called him (from phone# 805-215-6667) and said that he was an attorney for the PUC and that my friend needed a PUC moving license to help people box up items & wrap fragile items (moving labor). Spisak & son (justin) even made physical threats...he must have been drunk. A complaint was made to the PUC about this moving company physically threatening people, but the PUC did nothing because it didn't "concern them". I am the customer and He is the worker...I'm the one paying (or over-paying). He argued to the point of becoming threatening, the anger in his voice was overwhelming. The worst company I've "EVER" dealt with. Is he on drugs or something?? Watch out for your stuff being missing and watch out for your children around this guy!!!! Also he (the son) files false reports about other companies with the BBB in order to make his company look good. Disgusted â€ŽWrote - Sep 22, 2011 This company has "kids" that show up under the influence and pockets stuff, then the owners "son" calls you and says he has your stuff and then says hes gonna sue YOU" for complaing. i lost heirloom items from dead family that cannot ever be replaced!!!!!
