M&A Supply Warranty scam Bethal Heights, Arkansas

I am a heating and air contractor that used to be affiliated with York products.. Well long story short, York pulled out of NW Arkansas. They then came back with these people distributing their product( M&A Supply). I have been running my business for more than 10 years. So when I say this is unusual I mean it is. Apparently now if your not a dealer you will be charged a handling or processing fee to get warranty parts. This is suppose to be a free part as that it is " Warranty". When you complain to York all I get is you have to deal with the local distributor. Well they are A@@&*les. They refuse to take this charge off. So now I have to send a bill to my customer telling him that York is (Well MA Supply) is charging this crap fee that mind you NO ONE else is charging this fee, just MA Supply. Then Im going to get a call from this customer mad about this fee. So I will in turn pass all of the numbers Ive called over to him to start complaining to York and MA Supply. Ironically I called when I noticed this to be told that ALL companies are doing this in the industry. Well news flash I called them all. None of them are doing this, and to boot, 2 of my vendors told me that this is illegal. Help me compain to these jokers. Thanks
