I joined lucille roberts in jan 2010. Its always the same problem. People come in and want to hog all the cardio equipment. They sign in for three machines all at the same time. So if they are taking a class, they have already signed a log for an elliptical and treadmill andhour in advance. If you get there after they have already logged in, then machines which are empty can only be used for 10 mins and someone comes and throws you off it. Its not fair that people are reserving machines and the next person doesn't get their full workout due to this. I have a busy schedule and don't have the luxury of being at the gym for 2 or 3 hrs. I want to do my workout and get out. I shouldn't have to keep gettiing bumped off machines because other people want to be hogs and selfish and reserve machines well in advance. Half the time they sign up for a machine and then don't show up and you are left waiting around. Its ridiculous. I have spoken to two girls who work there who claim they have been there for 7 yrs. Funny I'm there a year and a half and only started seeing them recently. The staff only singled me out to bump me off when otther members are not being bumped of for the same reasons. Funny they charge my card monthly plus a 31 dollar fee every 3 months....don't. Even know what supposedly that fee is for...and I can't even get a full workout for my membership fees but yet I'm getting bumpped off machhines. No one helps there. Its ridiculous. Will never rejoin again.
