We booked our move with Keith Fairman who promised a problem free move and promised delivery date. They showed up 2 hours late to start. Yolanda in the office was a nasty bitch from the beginning. She does not care about anything. She is a Robot with no feelings and a liar from start to finish. We still did not have our furniture at 17 days. They would not tell us where it was or when it would come. Keith would not even answer his phone. He is a little scum bag punk that is part of a company that is nothing but a dog and pony show scam. Yolanda finally told us that our things were in a STORAGE UNIT in Tampa...never ever authorized and that we had to come get them. We had to book a flight, rent a U Haul and drive our damaged goods that were thrown into a storage unit home. They kept our money. This bitch was going to check if there were any additional charges. It was an unnecessary nightmare. These people are disgusting thugs. Their gig is to hold your things hostage and then hold you up for more money. Why even take our move if you don't go to our town... I know why....................because you are the lowest life forms in the world. Karma is a b*tch. What goes around comes around. What a shame that good people have to suffer because of scum of the earth like this company and these people. Do yourself a favor and run the other way.
