Loving the Classics return defective dvd to C Benedict Dayton Ohio / C Benedict refused to pickup Returned UNCLAIMED dayton, Ohio

Several times since purchasing 14 dvds from LTC I notified them that many of dvds could not be played on any of the 4 dvd players or computer and many of the movies were of such poor quality that I wanted a full credit for them. I was told to box up all of the dvds and to send them to a Mr C Benedict at Box 292497, Dayton Ohio 45429. I mailed out package on Feb 24, 2011 via Priority Mail w/signature confirmation. Package was never picked up at the post office even though I contacted LTC and told them package was at the post office in Dayton. Many week went by and just the other day I received package as unclaimed. Package should have been returned in 15 days as according to management at post office; Signature Confirmation is given 3 notices and then returned to sender. I have a problem with this untimely return and have contacted the postal Inspection service in my area to find out why package was left at post office for 3 months. I did contact my credit card company at the very beginning of this problem and have been refunded all monies due me but now don't know what to do with this unclaimed package. I also wrote to LTC this day and am awaiting there excuses. Believe me I'd rather watch Turner Movie Classics and copy the movies I am interested in then to order such poor quality dvds that LTC sent to me. I've learned my lesson and hope that this report will help other RIPPED OFF individuals. Thank You
