Logo Design Guru
Logo Design Guru Deceptive,Scam, False Advertising,Misleading...., Internet
30th of Nov, 2010 by User734938
This started out well and seemed like a good way to find a workable logo. Logo design guru advertises "satisifaction guaranteed " "money back guaranteed".....these claims are false and misleading.

The designs I received were not acceptable. I was not satisfied . I did not receive my money back.

I was given the run around for several weeks, got a snarkey email from manager (real bad taste about this guy) Martin O'Connor , about who owned the artwork.. ( no artwork involved ..no graphics, just letters...) I did get a small refund. Less than half was refunded.

Logo Design Guru is a scam. Scamming both consumer and graphic artist. I found widspread complaints from both on the web.

Bad experience , bad company, i paid for that lesson.

I can assure you, since we've received rave reviews from senior execs at CareerBuilder, the former CEO at Travelocity, as well as having a "through the roof" customer reviews, that Logo Design Guru is NOT a scam. It's sad that the person above is willing to bash a REAL company that provided outstanding design services, at a reasonable price, and tries very hard to accomodate all of our customers. We have phone support from 9am to 9pm, EST. Our terms and conditions are very clear, and we are always available to answer out customers calls. We do, rarely, run in to some unfortunate clients who have completely unrealistic expectations. They run a project, receive dozens of great concepts, either can't decide, aren't pleased, or change their business, then want all of their money back after a service has been provided. Sort of like filling up their car with a tank of gas, driving around town, then asking for a refund because they got lost.

We are very reasonable, always work to please our customers, and come to reasonable solutions. Sometimes, there are unreasonable customers, or individuals who post untrue, or unreasonable information online for the world to see, with little details. Thanks for listening, and we hope that you'll realize that when we average more than 100 concepts in just 7 days for a project, with a minimum of $199, that this is GREAT for our customers.
