| I started looking for a linear log supplier and came across Log Home Direct, Loghomes4less, Stacey Gaylord. He was very pleasant to talk with, guided us through the process, kept in touch and went out of his way when we had a problem getting the energy compliance passed. He was very professional. When it came to the week of delivery, Stacey notified us that there was trouble with their equipment, a die that cuts the logs had broke and may not be able to make deadline. Offered a refund, I asked that we change profile shape of the log to stay on deadline and he ignored but said he was trying to work out the problem. After the day before delivery it was confirmed that we were not getting the logs, After the weekend was over, we received an email apologizing and he did offer a full refund. We responded with send out a check over night. It has been a week and still have not received a check, we did talk with him once and he said he was talking to the accounting department and will contact us when it goes out. He will not return calls or emails now, and is avoid us. We have had to delay our contractors, lost one because of this and lost our deposit with that contractor $2000, our floor system is open to the elements and will probably have to be redone. We are now out $7659.73 our deposit from log homes direct, and found out little too late that he has done this before, not coming through on contracted supplies. |

| Welcome to the group of people scammed by this worthless person. You will not be able to get anything from him. He has multiple liens on him, so getting a judgement will just cost you money. | Customer received a full refund in the 3 to 4 week time frame they were promised. The customer did not ask for a refund, we offered it to her because of the mechanical issues, we were having at the time, she was told it would take 3 to 4 weeks to receive her refund, and it was done in that time frame. I have no issues with this customer, she did nothing wrong to cause any of the things that lead to this, she is a very nice lady. What she did was read bogus reviews by a gentleman that has never purchased anything from Log Homes Direct, but has had dealings with another company that was closed due the economy, not the problems with any one or two customers. He will make any story he can to discredit the company that he has never purchased anything from since the company opened. He constantly makes up different stories and bogus dollar amounts, to drive business away from the company, but so far he has not accomplished that, we are doing very well despite his efforts, we are having a record year, and the above customer was the first customer this year that we had to refund any amount of money to for any reason, and we offered a refund to her, she did not have to ask, that is the way it is done at Log Homes Direct. He can post under Sniper, Guilly Suit or what ever he likes, he is a liar, and he and I both know that he is. He knows that if he post his name to any of the lies that he posts online, there would be a huge lawsuit coming his way for the slanderous comments he likes to make online. But you will not get that from him, he is a coward that likes to hide behind made up names, if you are about the truth and what you are telling on the internet is provable, use your real name and defend your statements, but of course you are not going to do that, because you and I both know that you can not defend them, in a court of law. |

Well Stacey, how about the Log Cabin yo sold to the couple in Rochester, NY and never finished? Yeah, I am still here and I will be forever. You stole $40, 000 worth of my money and did NOT send the materials you promised or that are in the contract. I still have a few years to come after you and I am saving up my money and I will be starting a law suit against you. I am paying $450 on TOP of my mortgage to pay for the windows you never sent.
Anyone wondering if Log Homes 4 Less is real or not...well, its not. Try looking up Stacey Gaylord and Affordable Log Home Concepts and Log Homes Direct. They are all Stacey Gaylord and there are alot of complaints about this guy running off with peoples money.
The BBB has a list of complaints that are UNSATISFIED. The idiot doesn't even respond to the complaints. You have to have proof in order to file a complaint with the BBB so its not lies and mirrors as Stacey will try to have you believe.
The guy is a crook and a thief. Yes, everything is in his girlfriends name and the swindler spends the money on lavish vacations, new cars and houses.
RUN as fast as you can AWAY from this guy. |

| You may want to report to the IRS. If you gave him money under his business name then it becomes income. If he is stealing money, he probably isn't reporting that money to the IRS. |
