LocalBiz USA PLaced a fraudulent, unauthorized charge on my phone account. Rutherford, New Jersey

I received a charge for $34.95 on my Qwest phone bill from this company that I know I did not authorize. I get many calls from people trying to sell listings, "phone book" ads, etc and if I even talk to them I ALWAYS ask if their service is free. If they say yes, I ask if it is free permanently or if it an introductory period that will go up later if I do not cancel. If it is the latter, I end the conversation. If they claim it will remain free of charge and they then ask to record the call, I end the conversation about 50% of the time. If I have the time and believe their free GUARANTEE, I do sometimes, continue the conversation. I called LocalBiz when I saw the charge and demanded it be removed. When she tried to argue with me I asked that I hear the recorded conversation. As proof of authorization, she told me I had used my birthday as my code and repeated it back to me. When I demanded AGAIN to hear the recorded conversation and almost broke down in tears she said it would be credited and my "subscription" (I don't even know what they sell) would be canceled. It is too soon to know if this will happen, but hopefully it will. The most frustrating component of this is that they are allowed to attach to my phone account. I am lucky that I even noticed it. I am sure many people end up paying for several months. It seems to me they should be required to send their own bill so that consumers know they are being scammed.
