Leese Dooley 623-826-2390, 760-314-7022, owner of LL Design, a candy business and Taboo Phone [removed], Hot Mommy Phone [removed], Cam Vixxxens, Taboo Phone US and Mistress Kink, does NOT pay on time... and never pays in full. She always claims that she can't pay her bills. That she has no way to pay you and tries to guilt you into doing her work for free.
She pays .65 cents per minute but makes $1.75 per call... so where is the damn money going then? You never are allowed to work schedules. She makes you work 24/7. She will text you all the time and if you aren't working she will guilt you that you will be missing your regular callers who will start calling someone else if you don't work.
She never dispatches her own calls. She has ONE dispatcher that works 24/7 answering the phones. She has several girls on the site that are played by everyone. If you play a girl for a customer and you can't take the call, she will give the SAME CHARACTER to another girl for the same caller. She is stupid if she thinks that customers will not find out what she is doing. She will have you work and do the call even though the guy hasn't paid. Then she won't pay you because she thinks you shouldn't be paid if she hasn't been paid.
You will constantly be harassed if you work for Leese Dooley! She is a terrible business owner and she steals her callers from other services that she works. She works other services and doesn't tell them that she is a business owner herself. Beware of working with this woman, you will be SORRY! She is a terrible boss and will make your life a living hell. She will expect you to do extra things for the callers for free. She will have you three way her caller on with other people, she will expect you to talk about your call before you actually get started.
She requires you to be in a chat room, and talk with the guys for free. She requires you to talk with them and not bring up calls. So that the customers feel comfortable.
Besides all of these things, she works with "IT WORKS" and harasses you to purchase from her. She sees your pay that she is supposed to be paying you and she will guilt you into trying to buy from her. She is so desperate to make money, that she will do whatever it takes. including taking the callers you spend time building up for herself. Your girls that you are given will always be played by other girls when you don't work so she doesn't miss the money. I will be spamming this all over the internet until everyone realizes what a shitty place her company is to work for. She only has three employees, why the hell can't she pay them???
