| Assuming that her tenants are incapable of reading beyond the level of a 5th grader, the manager Linda, tries to justify her actions by saying they agreed to it, when in fact the contract says "Owner may enter the premises without advance notice to renter in case of an emergency." and must provide a notice in all non-emergency situations. This manager entered my apartment multiple times without prior notice, to sneeze into a towel, and to cause permanent disfigurement by contaminating my food with something only someone with access to private knowledge would have known about. The fact is that she has been relentless in her pursuit to do damage by contaminating my food, as I found out after throwing out all the possibly contaminated food to only find out that new food was contaminated the following day. When I informed her of a possible burglary, she exposed herself as a burglar by trying to humiliate me by insinuating that I was a schizophrenic, based on he number of prescription drugs I had in my cabinet, which she would have been unaware of without entering my apartment illegally. I have seen her go into units while tenants were away without any evident reason, as a form of recreation, to make them feel like they lived on the street. When confronted with anything or if she has a sense of being insulted in the most indirect manner, she will take it very personally and use it to justify a relentless pursuit in turning a tenant's life upside down. |

Whoa!
Such a nice building!
I think this is an angry former tenant complaining; these two may had a rental disagreement and this is the outcome of that. The building appears clean, quiet and most of current tenants are a mixed of all social backgrounds, race and age, they all appear normal working class people.
There are no kids allowed in this place obviously, and the only animal allowed here is the Ownermanager's small dog. The place is always very quiet, and always deserted, the swimming pool could use some new painting since it looks so dirty. The nice addition to the place, is probably the Mexican restaurant next door; I bet this place keeps the tenants awake and crying of anger during the restaurant partying time and late night hours with all the noise from the parked vehicles (boy, oh boy! Mexicans are a loud race!). Sorry folks...take your FEUD to Court instead! My two cents!
I live almost next door; the old lady this tenant is referring to, appears kind of creepy sometimes, i hear that she micromanages this building and does not allow trouble of any kind and she hates loud tenants.
But that's life; we all look creepy every once in a while! I will appreciate quite tenants myself, my place is filled with noise white trash and illegal Mexicans...We cannot win them all! Can we?

The biggest apartment ownermanager crook!
She harasses her tenant once their yearly contract approaches so she can cheat them of their deposit money. She is known for entering the tenants’ premises when tenants are at work. She loves digging into their personal lives, goes through their personal belonging, and still personal property; this woman put Jewish People to shame! She is a Thief!
The Apartment Building is dirty; the swimming pool is dirty as hell and would make your body itch if you swim in it. The exterior walls need some serious painting; the rails are dirty as hell and not safe to lean on. The place smell bad, and the barking small dog is so annoying defecating everywhere he goes and her owner Linda the crazy woman does not clean right away leaving the dog mess for the garners to clean. She does not allow families to move in, she hates children, Latinos and blacks; the few of this group living there already is because she has no choice after having too many vacancies = right now she has at least 7-8 empty apartments.
Someone needs to put this bitch on her place and set an example for others.
Whose is game?
I used to live there, and she harassed me because my GF moved in with me, she increased the Rent overnight with no warning at all forcing me to move out. When I left the apartment was professional cleaned and minor repairs were done hoping I would get my full deposit; sadly the bitch destroyed the place after I’ve moved out and claimed that I left it like that. She forgot that I have statements, receipts, and pictures taken before I left. Yes she lost in Small Claims Court!
I feel for those left behind living in this building, sooner or later they will face this bitch... |

Linda Salzman in Los Angeles is a morally bankrupt apartment manager. Coupled with an utter lack of shame and moral incapacity in general, she will pay a price for crossing over from being a mere figment of the current liberal milieu into criminality. One would think, having grown up in the 60's, a person would have a greater perspective than those who merely inherit its legacy.
Tenants beware, what may seem like a mere preoccupation with your personal life in the form of burglaries, is really the tip of the iceberg. Her inadequacies will be projected on you and she will attempt to humiliate you, invading you in anyway possible, including your home and work, stealing things, damaging property, and stealing your intellectual property in the form of code, unjustifiably enriching herself. |

| Linda Salzman is a bully. She has bad manners and she only likes herself. She argues with her tenants or neighbors, with total disregard as to who she is talking to, or who's around (family or friends) at the time of her stupid arguments - I guess she grew up spoiled and didn't learn manners. She does not respect anyone or cares for anyones feelings. If anyone talks, listens to music, watches tv at a normal level in their own apartment or if their guests talk, Linda Lee will knock on the door to argue with you. She does not like happiness, laughter or any change that is outside of her comfort. Most of her tenants don't like her because she is annoying. She always looks through her window to see whos coming/going. My hope is that one day she will learn how to respect others. I ask everyone to please avoid this person and find a different place to live-in. Find a manager who is reasonable, respectful and knows how to behave among human beings. |

| Linda Lee, owner / manager, who has love or hate personality. Anyone (future tenants) who has family, friends or pets are not welcomed - any sound that's made is too loud for her, and she will at first hate you; then talk behind your back; later verbally attack you. She only has one mind set - her way is the only way. She also likes to get into people's business by asking too many personal questions. Furthermore, she loves talking about herself, her problems and her dog (non-stop, LOUD, and annoying barker). Please stay away from this ... person - it is not worth living in a place where the owner has no manners and has sailor's mouth. She is very aggressive. |
