Hello I have been trying to get in contact with lincon hardship relief morgage for the past 3 months They started by telling me how they could lower my house payment which never happened .When you first call they answer they call you back within 5 to 10 mins Until they get the money .Once they get the money they never answer any ext. you dial on there main number and most of them have full mail boxes so you cant leave messages .I have called over 40 times and spoke to two people after they got the money from me now I am almost 7months behind on my house and am on the verge of forclosure. I went threw the flood in may and it did over 40000 dollars worth of damage to my house .My flood insurane covered 38000 ,prior to the flood i went threw a divorce so thats why I was Desprit to get my house note lowered they said they could take it from the 880.00 a month to 435.00 a month but they screwed me out of the money which was over $1000.00 dollars and it caused me to fall two more months behind on my morgage verses what I was behind on. PLEASE BE AWARE F THE SCAMMERS THEY WILL TAKE EVERYTHING THEY CAN FROM YOU . NOW IM HOPING I DONT LOSE MY HOUSE BECAUSE I HAVE THREE YOUNG KIDS >
