| MAY 31 2011- I WAS DEALING WITH A GUY BY THE NAME OF KRIS PENNINGTON. HE TOLD WITH A LOAN AUDIT I WOULD BE ABLE TO GET HELP WITH MY LOAN MODIFICATION.IT WOULD SHOW WERE THE LOAN COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND I COULD FIGHT BACK WITH THIS LOAN AUDIT. IT TOOK HIM ABOUT TWO WEEKS TO CONVINCE ME THEY WERE FOR REAL. ANY TIME I WOULD CALL WITH A QUESTION, HE WOULD RETURN MY CALL WITH IN 5 TO 10 MINUTES. HE SAID " LINCOLN HARDSHIP RELIEF WOULD BE MY FLASHLIGHT IN THE DARK TUNNEL OF PREDATORY LENDING ". HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE ABOUT TWO WEEKS BEFORE I WOULD KNOW ANYTHING.IT NOW HAS BEEN 3 WEEKS AND CAN NOT GET THEM TO RETURN A PHONE CALL OR AN E-MAIL. I SPOKE WITH MY MORTGAGE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME NO ONE HAS EVEN INQUIRED ABOUT A LOAN AUDIT WITH THEM.I HOPE THIS CAN GET TO EVERYONE BEFORE THEY TRUST THIS PIECE OF SHIT AND LINCOLN HARDSHIP RELIEF. TIMES ARE TOUGH RIGHT NOW AND IF THIS CAN STOP ANYONE FROM MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE, THEN 760.00 WAS A SMALL PRICE TO PAY TO FIND OUT THESE GUY'S ARE JERK OFF'S. |

| I also dealt with KRIS PENNINGTON at Lincoln hardship relief and i too was also scammed out of 750.00 by this company. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Attoney general and am in the process of getting in touch with the FBI I will do whatever I have to do to stop this company from hurting another family and seeing each and every person that is involved thrown in jail |

| I also dealt with KRIS PENNINGTON, ALEX MARTINEZ and MARIBEL ESCUTIA and they took $760.00 dollars in mid May 2011 out of my checking accout with the promise to motify my loan with 100% results. Since then not only could I not get thru on the fax machine to send my information, but no one will call back, pick up the phone and nor can you send a voice mail because all the boxes are full on each and every extension. Will I ever get my money back? Sketchy! I wonder who are these people and who is really in charge there. I will go thru the entire length of the law to get my money back plus damages. |

I am very disappointed in the fact that regardless of how many messages I leave they still fail to return phone calls. theyclaim that you have a money back guarantee and that the process will take 90 days. It has been more thank 90 days with no results .I did business with them due to that fact that I felt I was getting no where with my mortgage company. From what I can see they are no better that the predatory lenders out that that have taken advantage of so many people.
No communication from Lincoln Hardship Relief makes them look as unethical as the banks they are supposedly dealing with.
If anyone gets any results or thier money refunded please let me know how.
