| The Lincoln Hardship Relief is one of the many Loan Modification scammers out there. They pretend to do a loan audit on your mortgage to scare the lenders to do the work, but in all actuality they really dont do a loan audit and lie to you to get your money. The person Ive been speaking with that has been wasting my time is Michael. I started the process in July of 2010. It is now May 23, 2011. They STILL havent finished my loan modification. Surprise, surprise. Before they got my money they would call back and return messages withing 5-10min. Now I can call 3-4 times a week and get no response. The latest b.s. they have fed me is that its in the reviewing stages. Been there for almost a year!!!!. So I called my lender to see if there was anything happening. I talked to a customer representative for almost 45 min. and she informed me that there has not been anyone inquiring on my behalf trying to do a loan modification, ever and my house was going into foreclosure!!!!!. No inquiries at all. So of course I tried calling Michael with Lincoln Hardship Relief to let him explain this one. Of course I still havent received a returned call and apparently he doesnt even work there anymore!!! Ive left several messages for his supervisor and I have got no answer now that they have my money. I am now out $3500.00! I just got another letter from my lender and my house is now going to be sold May 31 2011! They have done nothing for me but take my money lie to me! I have contacted the attorney general and the FBI. After doing research on this company I have found out they have scammed 1000s of people like me! We are losing our house and it is all because of Lincoln Hardship Relief! I am in the process of filing a class action law suite against this firm with about 27 other victims of Lincoln Hardship Relief. | I was contacted by Lincoln hardship relief program in April of 2011 my 60 day freeze they put on my home loan ended may the 11th 2011. I was getting people to answer my calls great at first but after the end of may nothing no response on the phone or emails. I am now in foreclosure on my house as well I got a certified letter may 12th that said I had to pay amount owed on house in full by may 2nd but when I received it it was already may 12th. So that was weird but I have not heard from my mortgage company or them every since we started this in April except for the letter from the home loans attorneys saying this is an attempt to collect a debt and if not paid my file will be put in for foreclosure so the $990 that I paid Lincoln hardship I lost as well. I am so happy I found this I have contacted a real estate lawyer for my foreclosure now but still would like to hopefully get my money back I still have our signed contract with them saying they would refund our money if they did not help us so I think them being scammers isn't helping me lol. So thanks for your warning I just wish we could all have know this before we sent money. Just let me know all info so I can join the law suite thanks Amanda Allen. |

I am very disappointed in the fact that regardless of how many messages I leave they still fail to return phone calls. theyclaim that you have a money back guarantee and that the process will take 90 days. It has been more thank 90 days with no results .I did business with them due to that fact that I felt I was getting no where with my mortgage company. From what I can see they are no better that the predatory lenders out that that have taken advantage of so many people.
No communication from Lincoln Hardship Relief makes them look as unethical as the banks they are supposedly dealing with.
If anyone gets any results or thier money refunded please let me know how.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. They took $750 and never got any results. I'd like to be added to the lawsuit. My attorney is sending a letter this week but I don't expect much.
