LIFETIME TRANSPORT NON PAYMENT Tempe, Arizona |
28th of Sep, 2011 by User760635 |
We delivered a load for them on 8/7/2010, told dispatcher we wanted 14 day quick pay at 1.5%. They received the invoice for $2850 on 8/11, we waited almost 3 weeks before calling for payment status, was told they would look into it. A week later, sill nothing. We called 2-4 times a day with no one picking up phone. Then Joe the owner called, was very nice and apologized said he was sending us a check that very day. No check came, again no phone calls being answered. I emailed the office manager who responded that we were not on quick pay and regular 30 business day pay, told us we should get check by 9/22. Again No check, on 9/26 after making several calls(no answer) emailed office manager this time she emailed me back saying their client had not paid them yet and they would pay us as soon as they got paid completely changing the terms of our contract. Still waiting on payment, they no longer answer my phone call or emails. Have reported them on Internet Truckstop. Hopefully they will have more success than we did!! BE AWARE they may have good references, but they are not honest business people, my friends and I will DIFFERENTLY NOT be doing business with them again. I recommend you think very carefully before doing business with them!!! |

I am also a victim of Lifetime Transport, amount of $ 850.00 Load#NF71106, Delivered on August, 05, 2011
overdue of 80 days, we called them to fallow-up the payment after 60 days, they said that they will check on it
and promised to pay it. no return call and no payment received, we keep trying to contact Lifetime transport
to give them the chance to settle the problem, but nobody pick-up the phone even the owner cell phone of Jose Ochoa, it seem that they have no intentions of fixing the problem..
I recommend not doing business with Lifetime Transport,
avoid rip-off or scam...
