Lifetime Fitness
Lifetime Fitness Increased fees without sufficient notice to cancel membership Beachwood, Ohio
6th of Jan, 2011 by User730451
Lifetime Fitness increased membership dues without sufficient notice, and therefore you could not cancel prior to increase.I was sent an email, not a phone call or letter regarding the increase, and was not given a reason for it.They claim to be a 24 hour gym, but in fact they were closed alot during the holidays, and the pools, cafe and childcare all closeeveryday.

They also have deceptive selling practices, and make 'guarantees' that conflict with their own contracts. Then they have an attitude as if they're doing me a favor, like im not PAYING for their services. I was impressed by the bells & whistles at first, but they are no better than the YMCA. GO YMCA!!

I have made complaints with the BBB and Attorney General's Office for the same thing! Apparently they don't care about their reputation!!
