Lifespire Inc wrongfully terminated by employment. I was sick for a few weeks of which i applied unused days to the time i was out. In addition, i did submit necessary doctor's notes. However, when i tried to return to work i was barred. A few days later, i received a letter in the mail, with contents of an ultimatum to get in touch with the job; even though i remained in touch with them throughout the time i was out sick. Employees are continuously reminded not to report to work if they are not well, due to the fact the positions entail; medication administration to the mentally challenged. I responded to the notice by calling my Supervisor. She told me to call back later that day. When i did called back, i was told to call back the following Monday. Then i called back the Monday, i was screamed at by the Manager and told ''we don't want you here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Don't come back" Even though i tried explaining myself to them, she screamed at the top of her lungs over my voice; then hung up the phone. This is not a good way to treat humans. Perplexed and humiliated, i was rushed to the ER, and given a shot for panic attack. The ER doctor instructed that i remained on bed rest for a few days, and avoid discussing the issue at hand. Still Lifespire Inc. continued to call and tell me that it's impossible for them to take me back. I would suggest that all job seekers do their home work before seeking and accepting a position at a company. Hard times and desperation will force you to accept, any old job; but if you can do some investigation about the company as much as possible, you can avoid future events as these. For a good six weeks into my employment at Lifespire Inc. i was called to the Supervisor's office everyday to be quizzed about what was going on at the facility. When i refused to conveyed any information to her, she turned against me; and assigned the toughest assignments to me, even though they were assigned to other staff members. To add insult to injury, Lifespire Inc. has only paid me three weeks unemployment benefits. It's almost five months, and they refuse to pay unemployment benefits they are owing me. I continue to claim weekly employment weekly benefits, and seek employment. This is personal and intentional. Lifespire Inc. is against me because, my Supervisor inappropriately touched me, and i refused her advancements. Terminating my employment, was the only way they could shove the issue under the rug. I hope others can learn from this, my turbulent experiences. Beware, of gaining employment at Lifespire Inc. AKA Lifeonfire INC.
