| I am writing this for all to know the truth of what I have went thru with this company. The owner Daniel Lichtman is a complete liar! I was owed commissions on duties performed and have IN WRITING emails sent from him assuring me my paycheck was on the way. It has been well over a month and nothing came! Also, you cannot even get anybody from this company on the phone other than their 3rd party answering services! DANIEL LICHTMAN, MARK SMITH ARE LIARS! I HAVE IT IN WRITING! TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE THINKING ABOUT MOVING FORWARD WITH THIS COMPANY, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!! AND DANIEL IF YOUR READING THIS, YOU ARE TRULY THE BIGGEST LIAR AND I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! YOU ARE NOT A PROFESSIONAL BY ANY MEANS! YOU EXPLOIT WORKERS AND DO NOT PAY THEM. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT YOU PUT YOUR CLIENTS THRU STAY-AWAY-FROM-THIS-COMPANY |

| I couldn't agree more with this post. Dan Lichtman and his "company" are the biggest liars I have ever encountered. I am an Avaya business partner who enlisted LCI to partner with us on a serious of installations across the country. Not only did they lie about their qualifications, they tried to steal my customer as well. They are in the process of being removed as an authorized dealer of Avaya because of all the end user complaints. STAY AWAY from Lichtman Communications. |

| Lichtman Communications states they are an authorized dealer of Avaya phone systems in Maryland. They are not. They lied to me numerous times regarding where they purchase their equipment. They state everything is new but it is not. I had phones that had a manufacture date of 2002 right on the back. They totally screwed up our install and sold us USED equipment as new. Stay away from Lichtman Communications. They are a two man "team" of thieves. |

| This company is a complete rip-off! They ask for a deposit before any work can be completed, steal the money and then not show up to do the work! There are hundreds of similar horror stories about this company. Also, if you think you are talking to a Daniel Miller, it's really Daniel Lichtman. He changes his name to the people he talks to so its harder to find him when they rip you off! The other idiot named Mark Smith is as big a liar as Lichtman. STAY AWAY FROM THESE D-BAGS! |

| There is also an Adam Cohen that gets involved. And they use another company name - Telephone Resellers. I just got screwed by them for some programming work. I could have been more careful but I let my guard down. when I tried to follow up with Adam I received an email stating that he was no longer with the company and then I quite getting any responses from whoever it was that told me. Stay wawy from this company. There are plenty of other respectable companies that you can deal with. I hope that Avaya goes after them for tarnishing their name. Lookout Daniel.
