The Lexington MS Chancery Clerk has been in office for years,
and this elected official is no better then the rest of the elected official
who are destroying this country. They are sitting on their hands not doing a
thing but wasting taxpayers money. There is a scam being run out of the Lexington Chancery
Clerk office, the office is writing and signing court orders on anything that a
person could dream up. These orders may
turn out to be nothing at all. When one of those fake orders is taken out the
Sheriff Office will show up at the homes, and tell the person they have and court
order to take the person to be evaluated, but have papers to show the
person. The law enforcers will not be
wearing anything that can identify them which tell you that this is a setup. No
one ever goes to court these orders are taken out on people who they want to
teach lessons, threaten, shut up, or make leave. Try to get a copy of the order from the lady who run the
Chancery Clerk Office, and you will get nothing but the run around from this
lady. Long waits on the phone, no return
calls, blank trip to her office are the lady way of dealing with not providing
a copy of the order taking out on a citizen of the communities. The lady will
give you an appointment and she will conveniently be out of the office. When
finally getting to speak to this lady she will give you nothing but excuses and
say that she will mail you a copy but the copy of the court order will never
arrive at your home. This lady acts as if she and her office are running this scams
to keep people quiet. All, these elected
officials are bankrupting this country and are to blame for its decay they are nothing,
but a bunch of thieves and crooks they are no better then the people they are
locking up. The courts in Lexington
prefer the citizens of the county to come to court and be tried in back rooms
talk of getting a lawyer from the people is unheard off.
