I just got off the phone with Lexington Law @ 2:26.pm (west coast time) Let's just say they are the most rude, un-reliable pieces of you know what ever.

I just spoke with a lady in terms of enrolling in their credit repair program. She was nice and informative the first 10 mins. or so and then everything completely changed. I asked her specifically if Lexington Law "attorneys" are licensed in the state of California. (they claim they have 22 lawyers in 16 states...what about the other 34 states) she refused to answer my question. I told her I was ripped of with Freedom Debt Relief over a year ago because the CA attorney general discovered they were not licensed in CA and we sued in the millions and shut down here.

I then proceeded to tell her I wanted to discuss the matter further with my lawyer and a relative. Her reply was exactly "like your relative knows anything about us and what is your lawyer gonna do?"

I replied "for starters if your licensed in CA and have lawyers hereand you screw me over, I'm gonnahold you accountable and take legal action" She then paused and breathed harder into the phone cause she just wanted my money and was asking questions she knew she could not answer. She said she

"I cannot answer any of your questions and I don't wanna argue. I think its lame that you want to ask your relative and lawyer regarding our services."

The funny thing is...I told her I was NOT going to sign up today and just wanted some information. Then she flipped a 180 degrees and became rude and appualing.

THE POINT IS: DO NOT USE LEXINGTON LAW the only thing they want is money. The FACT IS even if they remove a negative report on your credit, it WILL pop right back up once the collection agency sales it to another vendor. and remember. Even if they remove a bankruptcy. It is still a federal....yes, federal offense to lie on your credit application saying that one never took place.
