Les Schwab Tires Les Schwab Tires Tire Incident Tumwater, Washington |

Hello Fellow Concerned Customers, My story began with a flat tire that issue that I had a representative at Les Schwab look at to see if it could be repaired or not on 4/23/2011. I was told by this person that the tire was not repairable and he eagerly asked me if I wanted 4 all new tires instead. I told him no I do not because the tires that are on my vehicle are only a few months old. I told him that I only needed to purchase 1 (one) tire and not 4 (four) since that 1 (one) tire is not fixable. The representaive then said let me put air in it for you while you wait then. When I got the vehicle home my spouse and I noticed that the valve stem was removed and the valve stem cover was missing as well. However, it was all there when I had Les Schwab look at it. It is apparent and highly plausible that this individual(s) purposefully sabatoged me and my vehicle from getting fixed anywhere else too. The tire was never filled due to the fact by removing the valve stem it will appear like air is in it (filled). Due to the flat tire taking in the same air pressure outside and inside of the tire. Also, by removing the valve stem it ruins the rim from being used again and tire replacement in future without it. A tool that we did not possess was used by Les Schwab to remove the valve stem in the first place. It is sad that people will go to no lengths to hurt someone else out of their own greed and satisfaction of sabatoging others out of spite. This was and is very: devious, spiteful, deceptive, and malicious (hurtful) all because I did not buy tires that I did not need anyway. Also, to boot the tire that could not be fixed allegedly had markings on it that indicate that the tire would be salvaged and likely repackaged. Again, I did not put those markings on the tire Les Schwab representative did. Also, this is the 2nd time that a Les Schwab representaive tried to manipulate and coerce me to purchase 4 (four) sets of new tires that I did not need on a separate occasion on our 2nd vehicle. It is safe to say that we have not had any good experiences with Les Schwab and will not return in the present or future. I hope this will help other customers too. Because, these are horrible business practices that need to be addressed and come to an end. |
