Legal Home Loan Solutions Thomas C Matevia P A accepted money for mortgage modification, closed the business, will not return calls , will not respond

This company hounded me to accept their services. I checked them out on the net to ensure that they were legit. They accepted mydown payment and later said they had completedthe initial submission of all required documents. When the second payment was due, I demanded proof that they had done what they said they had done. I was called and told that they were working with my bank and the next step would be for their "negoitiators" to begin working out the final details with the bank. Since I had agreed to make payments at certain times, I felt obligated to live up to my agreement, so I sent them my next payment (750.00) on /about 12/14/10. On my next bank statement I saw the payment was not made to Legal Home Loan Solutions but to a Resort company located in Orlando. I imediately began calling to find out what kind of crap was going on but never got a call back.

Next I get a letter in the mail stateing that they have closed the company down. No mention as to how a person can get any of their money back, none of the phone numbers work or no one is answering any calls. I intend to hire a legit lawyer to sue the pants off this Matevia fraud, if any one would like to join in please let me know. I have called the Fl. bar and will be filing a complaint. It is disgusting that low lifes like this can be allowed to be in business. I sincerely hope to put this jerk in jail!
