My initial reaction was to GOOGLE the company name and get a hold of a representative. I discovered no "official website" of the company, but an overwhelming number of online complaints by frustrated customers instead! In spite this service being an obvious scam, they still exist. And I'm sure there's some fancy jargon established that makes it all LEGAL. The funny thing is . . . most people utilize collect calling services in case of emergencies. This service is beyond a scam . . . it's UNETHICAL and needs to be stopped!
