I am writing due to the fact that on March 11, 2011 at 10:15 pm I orderd a 48" Saber Rex Linear LightBar. My sister paid for this item with her credit card . I recived the item on March 15, 2011 and when i tried to hook the light up it continued to blow the inline fuses in the light. After numerous times of trying to get the light to work I called the service department to find out what I needed to do. The gentalman i spoke with told me that it has a 15 amp inline fuse and if i used a 18 to 24 amp inline fuse it would stop blowing the fuses. I then tried a 20 amp inline fuse and the fuses still continued to blow. I then called the service department for the third time and was told to take the light apart and check the wires. I called them again and informed the man that I did not have the tools to take apart a brand new lightbar. The man then said "What do you want me to do about it." So I then told him "Fix it." He then hung up on me. I then called to find out how to return it and they refused to tell me.I took it upon myself to send it back through UPS costing me an additional $37.72 because I paid for signeture on delivery. This was on March 23, 2011 I recieved confromation from UPS by email that they recieved it on friday March 25, 2011 per Leds waranty exchange policy. I have called numerous times and have had difficulty getting through and when I do they tell me to call back the next day or they just hang up on me. The service from this company is very poor and the attitudes of the employees are horrible. They now have my money and the light and refuse to give me any information at all. The last time that they did answer the phone they informed me they were going to put a bock on so I could not call anymore. |

Same sort of problem with LED Outfitters. Took my money but never got the lights i ordered. I did get my money back from PayPal. I also tried going through the Better Business Bureau. LED Outfitters did not respond to me, PayPal or the BBB. They have several outstanding complaints from BBB. |
