UPDATE: After cancelling online, but not receiving a confirmation cancellation, I called the 888 number. No one home - of course closed on my l4th day of trial. Also happened to be a Sunday. Upon calling Monday, found out that the new charge of $79.99 was already in processing. The processing started on Friday the ll th, to charge my checking acct. on the 14. On the day the processing began, my trial period wasn't even over!! I've never encountered any thing like this in my life to know how they can get away with such things.

I am running into the same problem today. Today is the 13th day, am trying to get through by telephone to cancel and . . . surprise . . got through the first time and now cannot get through. My guess is they track phone numbers and are now kicking me out so I can't cancel within the required time. This is a scam! They want your "enrollment fee" which is why they don't want to let you cancel. Plus the product doesn't work. Stay away from this one!

I don't need to return product just make sure that they don't charge me for an other order I can't take because I have blood presure problems. I am having the same problems. I called, was on hold for 15 mins and was disconnected. I did this on the first day after I had read the caution. I also emailed cancelation but have gotten no confirmation. Got my order on Friday, I hope they have not charged me for it before I can speak to the bank on Monday!! I would be afraid to try the pills now even if I could

I wrote Brian Ross investigative reporter for ABC news. I told him exactly about the same problems I am having. I cancelled on the 4th day. Got a confirmation of the cancellation but recieved a deduction of 79.99 on the 16th of this month. I hope Mr. Ross has time for this one. It could be bigger than we know.

I ALSO CANCELLED MY ORDER BEFORE THE TRAIL WAS OVER.I DID RECIEVE A CONFIMATION THAT IT WAS CANCELLED.BUT NOW THEY HAVE CHARGED ME THE 79.99 FEE AND I CANCELLED BACK IN MARCH ITS NOW JUNE AND THEY JUST CHARGED MY BANK TODAY SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS.AND IF YOU TRY TO GO ON THEIR WEB PAGE THEY WONT LET U IN SAYING THEY ARE SOLD OUT AND IS NOT TAKING NEW CUSTERMERS.WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT THIS THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED.

leanspa is a scam they put you on hold for so long its pitiful. there costumer service is a fraud they tell you lies about your prosessing the refund . there return policy is fraud. they really need to be expose on television and radio station.to close them down contact FBI. FRAUD DEPARTMENT. there not a ligitament business. they scam the disables too. they need to be arrested and charge with fraud embessament.they are a crooks. that need to be close for ever. they need a class action suit against them. to return people money they scam from.
