I ordered an Aquafit 19DT outdoor pool from http://www.leaderspa.ch/ Leader SPA. This was for my secondary home in Switzerland. After going back and forth several times with Mr Laurent Frenzel, who made us very confident in the purchase and assured us that we were getting a great product for the price. He reiterated to us on several occasions that once he received a 20% deposit on the product that he would go ahead and start processing the order. We usually like to deal with people directly, considering this is somewhat a large purchase for us, but we weren't able to leave our business and Laurent really made us feel comfortable. He never really pressured us for the deposit but was very insistant that we had to purchase within 30 days to get the discount because the prices were going to go up. That being said, my wife and i decided to send a $8000 deposit for the purchase of the pool. Laurent had given us his personal wire information claiming he was the owner of the company and that by passing it through his personal account he was able to pass us the discount so that he didn't have to pay taxes on the deal. I thought it to be a red flag but when i googles his name and it showed he was the owner of the company, i was somewhat ok with it and trusted him.

Weeks went by after i had paid the deposit and Laurent Frenzel was very receptive to my emails claiming that the parts were on order and that everything was coming together. I asked him on several occasions when the install date of the pool was as winter was approaching and he had told me on several occasions that he needed the deposit soon so that we could get it in before the winter due to construction issues in the cold. Well, weeks went by and still no install date, after several calls and messages Laurent was now avoiding us. I sent a message to Laurent explaining to him that i was getting worried and coming into town to sort this out and he finally immediately responded with some bogus answer that he was out of town and couldn't be reached. He assured me to wait and i reluctantly waited. Well needless to say months later and now in the winter I never got my pool installed nor did i get my money back. Laurent Frenzel is a scam artist and a thief and i am going to the authorities when i get back into town to sort this thing. People need to know what kind of individual this is because he is selling air and i am sure he is doing this to others.
