Lazata Purchased a Hermes handbag from Lazata who claimed that all bags are 100% guaranteed authentic. I contacted the customer service number, and

I contacted Lazata after reviewing the website several times. The website states that they sell 100% authentic designer handbags, including Hermes, LV, Prada...etc. After speaking with a representative from Lazata, she verified that the handbags they sell are authentic, and may have any slight flaws. I did some research on Hermes handbags, and found out that all of the flawed bags are destroyed, and not sold to the public, or even employees for that matter. I then contacted Lazata again and let them know that Hermes does not sell flawed bags. They indicated to me that the bags made in the USA are destroyed, but that the factories overseas do sell flawed bags, and those are the ones that Lazata Re sells. I purchased the Hermes bag with great anticipation. When I received the bag, it came in a box with some tissue. After inspecting the dust cover, I immediately was suspicious. I looked at the Hermes bag, and it was a bit crumpled and not high quality. I called Lazata back and told them I wanted a refund, and that it was illegal to sell counterfeit handbags. They insisted that they only sell authentic bags. I am not in the process of working with my credit card company to get a refund and file a complaint. In the meantime, I noticed that the Lazata website has been removed.

I am in the same boat. I too purchased a louis vuitton purse (that they guarenteed to be 100% authentic) and I was suspicious when I received the bag and noticed the dust bag it came in was totally knock-off quality. I inspected the purse and it seemed to be ok, and totally looked authentic... But the fist night I used the purse, it broke. Totally cheap quality. The day it broke, I emailed Lazata's customer service department and they told me to send it to some weird address in Brooklyn, thankfully I didn't since I now see that they have deleted their website and gone completely MIA. I am so angry. I am going to pursue getting a refund. Please let me know if you have any success getting a refund.

My wife purcashed four bags as well and I see the website is no longer available. What is the customer service phone number? Can we still call?
