Lack of customer care

I have been a customer of LawnTech for quite some time, spent a lot of money with them and I would advise people to look elsewhere. I give people a few chances, and gave LawnTech far too many chances. 1. They did a terrible job at lawn patch work (after failing to have us settle the soil before putting in the hydroseed), which I forgave them for. They have called me three separate times to tell me they will be coming out the next day to fertilize. (No shows on every occasion!). Their sales guy Justin scheduled me to come and put in flower beds. Again, a no show! I called Justin and he said they got some higher paying jobs coming in and had to move me (without even calling me). I thought it was just Justin's incompetence, so I called LawnTech and asked to speak with the owner. I left a detailed message, and he never called me back. Then I get a call from a guy named Kerry. I told him the situation and he promised he would take care of it and though nobody else called me back, he would definitely call me back and schedule a visit to come put in my flower beds. Nope, not a call from him ever. Two days later though, I got a call from a lady at LawnTech, who told me they were coming out to fertilize. I asked her if Kerry was going to call me, she said she had no idea that he had spoken to me. Seriously, what an incompetent company. They obviously don't care about their customers unless you meet a certain dollar amount. I have paid every invoice they have sent. They are the worst local company I have ever dealt with and they have wasted my time because now I am going to have to wait until next spring to find someone else who wants the work. Save yourself the time and hassle and do not use LawnTech for any services!
