ANYONE OUT THERE CONSIDERING HIRING THIS COMPANY, PLEASE READ MY STORY FIRST!!! I hired this company to help me get a loan modification with my mortgage company CHASE after trying to do it myself in 2009. I paid this company $800 for 3 months for a total of $2400 starting back in May 2010. After reviewing my situation with 1 of their managers he said they could definitely get me a modification with Chase and showed me documents showing how they helped other clients. (SCAM!)
The agreement I signed and he pointed out was that I would be entitled to a full refund he they weren't able to get me a modification. Well, after 3 months I received a letter from Chase stating that I was denied the modification. When I contacted the office, they said that it had nothing to do with them but they were going to send a revised package under another program which would be better for me to get a modification. If it had nothing to with them, why send a revised package? (Sounds like Scam Material!)
I gave them them the benefit of the doubt and waiting another 3 months (6 months total now).
When no outcome resulted after contacting their office every week, I finally requested for my refund. Well, what do you think happens? They use every excuse to continue to work on it. They claim that they were never denied a modification even though I showed them the letter I received from Chase, therefore they will continue to work on it. (SCAM!) After another 3 months of being patient waiting for my refund and not realizing that this company already had mulitple complaints out on the internet & BBB (check it out!!!) I finally decided to file complaints against this company with State Attorney General, Suffolk County District Attorney Office, New York State Bar Association & BBB. Don't let this happen to you!!!
