Law Firm of Hayt Hayt and Landau Worst company to work for!!! Eatontown, New Jersey

Where to start! The position itself isn't that bad but the training program consists of being left in a room with a book listening to a distorted tape of phone calls for about 7 days. If you make it thru there so called training program your put in front of a computer and expected to know about 90 different codes. God forbid you have a question you will looked down upon or made to feel belittled. Now your consists of collecting money and if your doing so, which I was, your told it's not enough you should have gotten more. You'll have three supervisors, Carol, the only manager I've worked for that never said anything positive ever. I asked her questions or for help several times and it was as if I was invincible, your second supervisor is Stacey, I don't know if she got picked on in high school or what her problem is, however she is the nastiest, rudest, cold hearted person I think I've ever met. Not only will she talk to you like your a child but god forbid you make one mistake, not only will the whole office know, but instead of pulling you aside and explaining what you should have done differently, she'll lecture you and put you down in front of everyone. Your third supervisor will be Sam, tho

I feel betrayed by her I can't say anything negative about her. She was the only one who helped me with any questions or problems. To some it all up, I worked there for one month, made the company money, did my job, but made an honest mistake and collected money on an old account. I apologized for the mistake, assured them it wouldn't happen again, after Stacey lectured me and pretty much made me feel worthless, I talked to Sam and after hearing me out, she said I was beating myself up and it would be ok, so I took a deep breathe worked the rest of the day only to come in and get fired the next morning! Over one mistake. I fully dedicated myself to this company and when I begged and pleaded for my job they ignored every word! If anyone considers employment with that firm I wish you the best of luck, not only will you need it, but don't get your hopes up because all there going to do is knock you down, belittle you and make you feel worthless. It's such a shame because the owner Mr. Rubin really seemed like a good guy. Im not a bitter ex employee but I worked hard, fully dedicated myself, and earned my position and it was taken from me over one honest mistake. -SjS
