This later was sent to the owner of LASER SRL with no respond we have trade so many times to contact the owner to solve this mater, every time we call his office his secretary will ask us who this is we tell her this is EMAD BAKERY she will ask us to hold then she will come back on the phone and say that he is out of the country we called his Mobil phone so many times with no answer. This is the later we sent. Dear Mr. Pevarello
We have been trying to reach you on you mobile with no luck; we heard that you are abroad. Several significant issues need to be discussed concerning the electric oven. We regret to inform you that the oven we have purchased from you does not meet the UL or CE approvals and definitely does not achieve specification of a High temperature Oven. On 5/3/2009, we have agreed to purchase a (high temperature) electric oven that could be connected to a Saltek pita bread line for backing thick pita bread. On Oct. 13, 2009, the technicians have arrived to install the oven. As soon as they turned the oven ON, the insulation has melted and caught on fire. Immediately, the technicians stopped the test and contacted you. You explained to us that it was the insulation suppliers mistake and you will take care of it. The technicians left back to Italy on Nov. 5, 2009. On Feb 25, 2010 your technicians came back to install the new insulation. They finished the installation but another problem emerged in the testing phase; the temperature of the oven did not reach the desired temperature of the pita bread backing process, the highest temperature was reached is 360 degrees. The technicians left back to Italy on March 21, 2010. We discussed this matter with you and you advised us to change the resistance to a more powerful resistance to reach the desired temperature, but the resistance takes 8 to 10 weeks to manufacture. Since time is our concern, we asked you to move the oven to another place, We need to shorten the oven to fit it in the new spot and to install a loading and unloading table. On Jul. 22, 2010, new technicians have arrived to move the oven and install the resistance. After taking the oven apart, we noticed that the main frame has been severely bended from the heat. By that time, your technicians turned the oven on three to four times and the ideal temperature- 500 degrees could not be accomplished. The technicians advised us to hire a metal fabricator to fix the problem. We did hire a metal fabricator on our expense to straighten the bended area and add more metal to strengthen the main frame of the oven. Your technicians moved the oven and left on August 2, 2010 back to Italy. On Feb. 24, 2011 your technicians has arrived to install the loading and unloading tables, and run the oven. We were shocked by the appearance of the loading and unloading tables, they look like a cheap pizza oven conveyer with a thin wire belts, and unfortunately, a very high price tag. we did not think this will stand the industrial production we have. There are several problems. First, we had to purchase 16 electrical inverters on our own expense because the inverters & the contactors was sent AC instead of the DC. Second, we had to make new rollers on our own expense to match its size because the new rollers for the unloading table were the wrong size. Third, the motor for the loading table stopped working from the heat when the oven is about to reach 400 degrees and the insulation was not doing its job because the oven was not holding the heat in. Your technicians had to cool the motor down to get it back to work. Finally, once the oven reached 480 degrees, the loading table has bended out of place from the heat on the first use. It is clear that this oven was not designed and cannot withstand or work with high temperature. We kindly ask you for a full refund of the oven, the loading & unloading tables, parts purchased, the technicians expenses logging, plane tickets , ETC & The oven must be disassemble and moved out of our facilities ASAP.
Please let me know when your technicians will be coming to dismantle the oven and when you will be transferring the refund to our account. Imad Hamzeh
