I went there for a free consult in Carle Place. The first impression was that it was it was a "get em in, get em out" atmosphere. Literally as we grabbed the handle to open the door we noticed two women coming out at the same time and they said "i hope you dont get treatments here". NOT a good first impression. Once we were inside, It seemed new but the smell of burnt skin was nausiating in the tight waiting room. After being greeted we were taken in to a room where we were given "suggestions" and pricing. We could hear people on the otherside of the paper-thin walls all while "spa music" played at a failed attempt to woo the customer into feeling like they were in a SPA. After the rude girl realized that we werent about to make an "on the spot decision", she printed out a quote and we were whisked out, apparently to make room to herd more cattle. I found it to be classless and the staff is obnoxious and snotty. THIS IS NO SPA! I wouldnt put my face in their hands for a massage, let alone laser treatments! WE WOUND UP LEAVING AND GOING TO A REAL SPA IN NYC (I wont mention the good spas name because they dont belong in the same review as laser plus blah). dont waste your time.
