Laser DIY Waited 9 weeks and have only received 1/2 of shipment, Internet

I made a purchase from LaserDIY.com on 11/4/2010 hoping to receive my package by Thanksgiveing. I sent several e-mails, and could never get any responce. Finally,about a weekbefore Christmas, i received a package from them. Very excited to finally get to put together the laser i purchased, i opened the package, only to find that the entire order was not included with this package. In it, it stated that the entire order was not there, but in a few days i would receive another package. Christmas came and went, the new year came and went, and still no package.

I contacted them again by e-mail requesting the status of my package, and still no reply.

In their defence, their website does state that it can take up to 8 weeks for delivery, however i have been waiting over that, and have still only received 1/2 of my order. They appear to be a very small company, who obviously do not care about customer retention. I do not know of another company that sells the types of products that they do, but i would highly reccoment NOT to buy from them, as you may never receive your order, and customer support is not avaliable.
