i just detailed my 06 ford expedition on 10-17-11 cost $325.00 my brother asked me to borrow my suv to go to vegas for the first time on his 21 st birthday weekend. he was staying at treasure island. saturday morning he calls me because the key would not turn over on the ignition it was jammed. so he finds a locksmith called las vegas lock and key the guy tells him 125.00 over the phone he tells him he''ll be there in 20 minutes. it took 2 hours for that guy and his son to stop by. during all of this valet was upset because they could not move the truck the guy tells him he needs to take a better look and he'll give him a firm quote in about 10 minutes. my brother agreed went to the restroom comes back the guy says he's all done and demands 250.00 cash. my brother so embarrassed because valet was very upset agreed to pay the guy but lost all his money gambling so took out his credit card they guy said no way jose cash only he then damands my brother to go to the casino cage to withdraw cash my brother said no because the casino charged $75buck for that transaction the guy then tell his son to get back in the truck and to undo the work they done. he verbally threatend my brother gets back in the vehicle purposelly starts destroying the interior with some kind of dirt or tar on his shoes. my brother thinking i just detailed my vehicle tells him to stop and he'll get cash. my brother comes home i called the guy to get his insurance to redo my carpets he then calls me a f@*king gypsy and that i deserved it and next time he sees me or my brother he's gonna shoot us. i also reported him to the bbb.
