Laptop Advantage THEY CONTINUOUSLY HANG UP PHONE AND TELL YOU TO CALL BACK Internet |

I bought a MAC Computer Notebook online from Laptop Advantage in October 2011; they advertised its' value at approximately $2000+, I paid approximately $272 so I thought I was getting a great deal. I wound looking up the computer on Amazon and saw it advertised for less. I contacted Computer Advantage by phone (left several messages) and emails within their required 24 hour time period to cancel. Never received a response. After numerous phone calls I spoke to a guy named Andrew Teviz who told me he was in the shipping dept; said he would leave a message for the "Returns Department Management". He sent me an email regarding same. I never received a response and after numerous calls I've discovered that there were only two guys responding to calls. Their names are Mike (also identified himself as Steven, Misha, Michael and Allen Pillinger); and Andrew Teviz (also initially identified himself as Adam in one call). Today (November 28, 2011) I spoke with both Andrew and Mike, several times. They have instructed me to call back Wednesday afternoon as they are contacting their Finance Dept. Mike said a guy name *Shirn* from the finance dept will be reviewing my information. He stated Shirn didn't have a phone number or phone extension. FYI, Mike sounds like he's a very nervous middle aged man (?60's) and speaks with a thick Russian accent. Andrew is younger (20's-30's) and sounds sincere that he's trying to help but has actually been giving me the runaround. I asked both Mike and Andrew about the size of their company and they were unable to give straight answers. So far it seems like they're a two man operation. I have called them numerous times today and seemed to be effective in occupying some of their phone lines. Here are some contact numbers for Laptop Advantage: Customer Service # at 1-440-946-8794.
