landcar car care and brad francis dealership CANCELLATION FEE NOT GIVEN AT SALE, 4 DEFECTIVE CARS BOUGHT AT DEALER SHIP OVER 5 YEAR PERIOD LOS LUNAS

I renewed my Landcar Care Care maintenance Program at Brad Francis Chervolet and was not told there would be a $25 cancellation fee if I cancelled Care Care. Went to a better dealership in Albuquerque and purchased a Mazda. All vehicles I have purchased in a 5 year period from Brad Francis were either Ford's Mercury's or Chevy Products all had electrical issues, one actually took off on its own, others all electrical problems happens and the whole system died at over 50 miles an hour more than 7 times and each car was traded in and several times the manuf. were notified and was told to deal with the dealer on all issues, no offer was ever given by Brad Francis to exchange the cars. I have put thousand dollars at this deallerip and now to be ripped off again. Let the buyer beware with this dealership. They have a very bad reputation in the area and being theone of only two dealership in Los Lunas, unaware customers are being ripped off.Every dealership I went to in Albuquerque knows of his reputation and it is not a good one. Hope this helps someone from going tothis dealership and also being ripped off by him.
