Lambert and Lambert are in my opinion frauds. They use there whole lawyer Jargon to help persuade you into believing they can better help you fulfill your aspirations and goals of getting your invention or idea off the ground. What I mean by lawyer Jargon is that in inventing something there are a lot of fine lines and rules, or laws in getting a patent approved and the process therein. Lambert uses the fact that they are attorneys of the interest and that they've helped others get there ideas off the ground, they decided to help others for a small fee of 199.00 per submission. They further go to say that if they choose your idea and feel its profitable and manageable one they will reimburse you and you will have no other fees in the process of beginning to end as they will get paid once the project actually becomes readily available to the public markets. My wife submitted her idea, and although they rated it well and high in all areas, they concluded that her idea just wasn't in there opinion an easy one to get licensing for. we then resubmitted the same idea making additional changes that definitely set it apart from its counterparts, still they gave us this run around jargon of how they don't really know if it would work. But hey keep trying and oh by the way here are some referral companies that might like your idea and want to help. As if they said that in the beginning. NOT HARDLY. In the beginning it was more like, "if we can't help no one can" type of deal. Funny how now after we evaluated and have taken your money, oh maybe there are other companies that can help you. Anyway, I was definitely a little skeptical that they were being honest. But what happens next is definitely what puts the nail in the coffin. I've too also had this great idea/invention for cell phones. I've had it for about a year and a half. I actually had my idea before my wife had hers. We used her idea submission first to kind of feel out the company, for in our minds and all of the people who were informed of my invention knew that this idea was maybe still is a very profitable and "game changing" idea. Its for cell phones. That right there says it has a huge potential for marketing and sales. Anyway they pretty much did the exact same review, on my idea as my wifes. They said that, awesome idea, maybe someone else can help, we at our company feel that it just I don't know? Again just mumbo jargon with NO real good reason why they wouldn't want my idea. About a week after that I saw and invention on TV nearly identical to mine. Does the exact same thing. So you tell me, my idea isn't great? Or that I might have trouble getting a patent? Either way, no answer had any hard evidence that my idea isn't a good one. In my review summary they gave examples of others inventions that had previous patents, none of which even remotely is close to my invention! I called them and wrote them an email about this, which when I finally got a hold of them myself, he sounded dumbfounded on the phone and just had a bunch of mumbo mush for answers. Seriously he sounded like he had no idea what I was talking about and almost seemed uneducated. Especially for having a background in law. Just a waste of time people!!! Don't use this company.
